      * Health concern : If you have any health concern OR you simply want to stay healthy. You know Yoga and Meditation will help you but you don't find the partner.

      * Losing focus : You lose focus from your work. You are not able to concentrate on your study or work. You go inside room and then forget why I came here... like situations.

      * Sleep : You don't get sound sleep in the night.

      * Inconsistent in Yoga and Meditation due to lack of Company.

      If you have any of the above symptoms, you definitely need to do Yoga and Meditation.

      We meet every Sunday at 6 PM and do Yoga and Meditation until 7 PM.
