      Winter Soiree: The Roaring 20s @ CAPRI BLU on Saturday December 2, 2023 at 5:30pm

      Another event for the 21+ crowd. This event, originally located at Miguel’s has been changed to Capri Blu in the same 4s Commons shopping center. This fine Italian restaurant will host the private party for the HOA residents who enjoy mingling, dinner, and dancing. Dressing in your best roaring 20’s attire is not required, but we guarantee you will have more fun that way.

      Winter Wonderland: Sunday December 3rd from 10am-1pm @ Pioneer Park! Free, family fun for everyone. Come take pictures with Santa, play in the snow, and enjoy holiday treats with the neighborhood. HOA members only.

      Holiday Decorating: The Holiday Decorating contest is live! How do you participate? Simply put up your best holiday decorations! Neighborhood volunteers will be driving through the community enjoying the decorations and awarding honorable mentions and winners to the most festive houses. Make sure your decorations are on full display the weekend of December 8th-11th. Grand Prize judging will take place the following Friday, December 15th. Honorable Mentions and Winners will be sent a letter in the mail with prize pickup instructions the week of 12/18/23 with additional details and dates.
