      Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, simply save it for your records. You will be checked in by the last name on your order at each of the soiree events. Drink tickets will be provided upon check in. See you there!

      Community-wide garage sales are scheduled for Saturday June 3, Sunday June 4, Saturday, October 7, and Sunday October 8th. All garage sales will take place from 7am-12pm. If you would like to borrow a “Garage Sale” lawn sign, please email 4sranch@prescottmgt.com for pickup instructions. Signs will be available two weeks prior to the sales.
      Independence Day: The 4th of July Carnival is headed to linear park again! Click the image to purchase your $5 PRESALE tickets for residents ages 2-12 years of age. Play carnival games, choose from a variety of prizes, bounce around in the inflatables, and cool off with refreshments. Resident adults and kids under 2 enter free. Presales are live now through noon on July 3rd. Tickets will be available at the door for $10 CASH ONLY.
