The HOA's annual Independence Day Carnival at Linear Park for residents of the HOA and their guests. Wristbands will be on presale online for $5 starting in June. Tickets will be available at the door the day of the event for $10 cash only. There is no cost for adult admissions or children under 2
Community-wide garage sales are scheduled for Saturday June 3, Sunday June 4, Saturday, October 7, and Sunday October 8. All garage sales will take place from 7am-12pm.
The Annual Holiday Decorating Contest takes place the full weekend from December 8th - December 10th. To participate, decorate your home and make sure all displays are turned on in the evening. The three categories are: Christmas Classic, Clark Griswold, and Best Animated Display
The WESTERN themed Summer Soiree for residents of the HOA and their guests aged 21+. Tickets are on sale now: $30 for an individual $40 for a pair Admissions include dinner, nonalcoholic refreshments, dessert, and two drink tickets redeemable for beer or wine. A cash bar will be available for additional alcohol purchases. DJ Danny
