    The HOA's annual Independence Day Carnival at Linear Park for residents of the HOA and their guests. Wristbands will be on presale online for $5 starting in June.   • Holiday Decorating Contest

    The Annual Holiday Decorating Contest takes place the full weekend from December 8th - December 10th. To participate, decorate your home and make sure all displays are turned on in the evening. The three categories are: Christmas Classic, Clark Griswold, and Best Animated Display

    The WESTERN themed Summer Soiree for residents of the HOA and their guests aged 21+. Tickets are on sale now: $30 for an individual $40 for a pair Admissions include  dinner, nonalcoholic refreshments, dessert, and two drink tickets redeemable for beer or wine.
