Summer Soiree (Residents 21+ Only)

The annual summer soiree for residents ages 21+ is coming back to Pioneer Park on Saturday August 9, 2025.
This event is exclusively for the 4S Ranch Residents ages 21+ and their invited guests. Experience an elegant evening outdoors with your fellow community members. For one night only, Pioneer Park gets an adult makeover, complete with outdoor furniture, ambient lighting, a dancefloor and a dining area. Drinks and dinner are prepared onsite. Treat yourself to an unforgettable summer night. Tickets are on sale from February through August. Admission starts at $30 per person or $50 per pair. All admissions include appetizer, dinner, dessert, and two alcoholic drinks per person.
