Please be informed that due to the influx of usage by non-residents, new hours and security measures are now in place at Pioneer Park. Effective immediately, the NEW park hours are 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, with a limit of six (6) guests per household. Any residents wishing to bring more than six (6) guests will require advance reservations.
At this time, reservations for the Gazebo area only will be limited to twenty-five (25) attendees per event based on a first-come, first-reserved basis. Any resident wishing to reserve the Gazebo area at Pioneer Park must contact Management no less than ten (10) days in advance to request permission to reserve the area, subject to availability and payment of a use fee and security deposit.
Commencing on Saturday, August 14, 2010, the Association has implemented standing guard shifts from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm daily at Pioneer Park, with random patrols in place after the park closes.
Members who visit the park during this time or who are on the premises anytime between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm will be required to present photo identification with their 4S Ranch address. Children who visit the park without an adult member in attendance will be asked for their parents’ full name(s) along with their street address. Tenants will be required to provide the lot owner’s full name along with their 4S Ranch property address.
The name given must match the name and address reflected on your monthly assessment statement – no exceptions will be granted. Anyone who cannot provide accurate information will be requested to leave the park immediately.
After September 10, Association residents will have the option of purchasing a full-color photo ID through www.fullidentity.com. Please note that this card may also be required to attend future Association events.
Due to an overwhelming response from the membership, the Board is actively pursuing bids for fencing and access controlled gates around the perimeter of the park, and is working to effect plans by the end of the year.
